Vitamin shots for the kids this winter!


Dear Friends, I’m sure most of us would agree that kids go through phases in their eating habits. They seem to develop an aversion to certain vegetables overnight! An answer to this issue: a juicer. What has become a morning ritual at home, fresh pressed juice is a vitamin shot and immune booster for the kids. Most importantly they don’t put up a fight and drink it effortlessly. As I say to my friends, “my son drinks two carrots every morning without even realising it!” Recommended for kids 2 years and up.

Here are a few combinations kids love:

  • Apple, carrot, lemon
  • Apple, carrot, celery
  • Apple, grape
  • Orange or mandarin, carrot
  • Pineapple, carrot
  • Pear, cucumber
