Dear Friends, this is a super simple recipe which can be considered the ‘ravioli ricotta and spinach’ for kids.
Wash the spinach and put it to boil so that the water just covers the greens (it should not be too brothy). When the spinach is cooked, whisk everything and add the pasta. Once the pasta is cooked, pour into a deep dish and add the ricotta, a drizzle of olive oil and parmesan cheese. Bon appétit!
