“Stracciatella” cake

I must confess, this is not an original recipe, but it’s a hit with the kids and so easy to make!

Ingredients:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150g Sugar
  • 380g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 100ml Sunflower oil
  • 185g Whipping cream
  • 125g Chocolate chips

Combine the eggs and the sugar with an electric mixer until it becomes a cream. Add sifted flour and the baking powder to the bowl and then the oil. Mixing delicately, pour in the whipping cream. Before adding the chocolate chips, pass them in flour so they don’t sink to the bottom of the cake pan while baking. Cook for 50 minutes on 180°C in a static oven. Bon appétit!
