Dear Friends, salmon is a fish with precious meat and a delicate flavour. Rich in protein, omega 3s, vitamins and minerals that are excellent for our health. With Andrea we decided on a simple recipe that would allow us to retain most of the omega 3s.
- 1 slice of salmon
- Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
Pass the salmon in bread crumbs and cook on low in a saucepan with the lid. When ready, add a little extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bon appétit!
