Bread and Nutella: one of the best combinations on earth! By making the hazelnut spread at home and eliminating some of the secondary ‘industrial’ ingredients, it becomes a bit healthier (and we feel less guilty feeding it to our kids 😂). Surprisingly, you only need 5 ingredients, here’s how to make it:
- 60 gr of toasted hazelnuts
- 100 gr of dark chocolate
- 100 gr of sugar
- 70 gr of sunflower seed oil or butter
- 100 gr of milk
In a food processor pulverise the sugar and the toasted hazelnuts. Add the chocolate in small pieces and continue to blend as finely as possible. Add the milk and the oil (or softened butter) and let it amalgamate well for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a hermetic glass jar and store in the fridge. And voilà, homemade Nutella!
