Ever Brown chocolate cake

Dear Friends, when you move you have to decide between: I can or I can’t live without you. Chocolate cake, for me, is absolutely an “I can’t live without you!”. Bon appètit!


  • 50 gr of bitter cocoa powder
  • 225 gr of sifted white flour
  • 250 gr of sugar
  • 100 gr of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk

Turn on the oven to 180°C. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Grease and flour the cake mold, remove the excess flour by tapping its side. Pour in the mixture and bake for 45 minutes. You can check if it’s cooked by inserting a wooden toothpick or a knife, if it comes out dry then the cake is ready. You can use this recipe as a birthday cake too, just garnish with sprinkles!
