Beaming potatoes

Dear Friends, how can you make beaming potatoes? With turmeric! Ingredients 2 people:

  • 500 gr of potatoes
  • 1 litre of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • Salt
  • Olive oil

Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces and put them in a pot with water. Add the turmeric, bring to a boil and let them simmer. When the potatoes are cooked, turn off the heat and let them rest for at least half an hour. With a skimmer put them in a bowl, add a little olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bon appétit!
