Baked meatballs

Dear Friends, today we’re making baked meatballs. A simple dish that’s good for both an informal dinner or an outdoor picnic.

Ingredients for 8 people:

  • 800 gr of first cut ground beef
  • 1 slice of sandwich bread soaked in milk
  • 80 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Half a clove of minced garlic
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Put the ground beef into a bowl, along with the well-wrung bread, garlic, Parmesan, parsley and salt. After mixing the ingredients well, form meatballs the size of a walnut and roll them one-by-one in breadcrumbs. Then transfer them onto a non-stick oven pan, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 200 degrees in a ventilated oven for 20 minutes.

As soon as we can, serve them with a mixed salad or fries. They are good both hot and cold and are addictive 😉. Bon appétit!
